I just finished first listen and truly love this album.

TBS does backing vocals on three songs on Ringo's new album Give More Love.

Great album highly recommended. Peter Frampton, Joe Walsh, other guests. Some nice dobro.

As I truly like Chris Hillman, his latest is growing on me with each listen. Enjoy!

Agree Pat

Also been enjoying the "Lindsey Buckingham/Christine McVie" album, along with Rusty's and Chris Hillmans new solo albums'

Also
Tyler Childers - Purgatory
Lily Hiatt - Trinity Lane
Sarah Shook and the Disarmers - Sidelong
Lukas Nelson and promise of the Real - S/T

and a couple of excellent debut albums
Jade Jackson - Gilded, probably my favourite album of the year, similar to Lucinda Williams only better imo.
The Dusty Green Bones Band - The Constant Gardener (well I could'nt resist that title could I,) very reminiscent of the early Dillards, New Riders of the Purple sage and Desert Rose band albums. A band to watch out for.

Patm wrote:This thread always a favorite feature of this board. Great place to hear about new music, or older music I'd forgotten about or missed.

For myself, been listening to:
"Lindsey Buckingham/Christine McVie" (like a new Fleetwood Mac album, especially with Mick Fleetwood and John McVie on drums and bass)

The Coors - "White Light"

Brad Paisley - "Love And War"

Gladys Knight & the Pips - "Gold" (I forgot how great this group was.)

Raspberries - "Pop Art Live"

Bill Lloyd - "LLOYD*ERING"

Zac Brown Band - "Welcome Home"

The High Kings - "Friends for Life"
Well the music pours out on the street
Just as clean and cool as a cotton sheet

Country Rock, it's timeless
it's song will never ever age
Country Rock, it's in my bones
and they'll be singing along in my grave

Cheap Trick - "Christmas Christmas". Excellent Christmas season album and becoming a favorite Cheap Trick album overall. Don't know how these guys do it but they never sound dated. (and to paraphrase the Rolling Stones, "This album also meant to be played loud")

Wilderado - "Every Song by Wilderado". Opening act on the Lindsey Buckingham/Christine McVie tour. Not an enviable task but they won myself and most of the crowd over.

Bee Gees - "The Warner Bros. Years 1987-1991"
Bee Gees - "One Night Only" DVD

The Coors - "Borrowed Heaven"
The Coors - "In Blue - Special Edition"

Doug Sahm & The Texas Mavericks - "Who Are These Masked Men"/"Live In Bremen 1987". Amazed that the live recording exists, even more amazed that MIG-Music spent the time and effort to release this 2 CD set.

Lindsey Buckingham - "Out Of the Cradle"
Lindsey Buckingham - "Live, The Coach House, 1992"
Lindsey Buckingham - "Under the Skin"
"Don't Stop The Carnival." (You've got to play by Kinja rules.)
