Back From The Road

Mary and I are home from the weekend shows and what a great weekend we had. The guys and I want to thank everyone for the sold-out shows at The Boulton Center and Infinity Hall. I’ve been having so much fun I can’t wait for next year. But there’s a lot to do before the next shows. I have to file for Medicare and Social Security, formally join AARP, and start complaining about my arthritis.
The truth is I’m going to do my very best to get my book finished and in print. I really appreciate all the helpful advice I’ve received from friends who’ve published their own books, as well as, Poconuts who are familiar with publishing. And there are new songs to be finished and time to be spent in the recording studio. Oh, and thanks for all the title suggestions for the new CD, (except for Marc’s ‘F^*#K the Eagles’ suggestion). Keep them coming, but keep them clean!
Our free time will be well spent. There are turkeys to cook, presents to buy, cards to mail (no you’re not getting one), and gifts to re-gift. Well, that’s it for now. I’ll keep you up to date on things around Poco. It’s time for Mary, Rusty and ‘Zog the Dog’ to bring in some more firewood and get dinner started.
